9Ni steel plate appication: natural gas storage tank (LNG), liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship.
Delivery status: twice normalizing+tempering. (Steel plate with thickness of 15mm can be delivered by NNT)
Production process: 9Ni steel is smelted by oxygen converter or electric furnace and refined outside the furnace.
Executive standard: in accordance with GB/T 222.
The size, shape, weight and allowable deviation of 9% Ni steel plate shall comply with GB/T 709-2006, and the allowable deviation of thickness shall comply with Class B deviation.
Flaw detection requirements: 9% Ni steel plates shall be subject to ultrasonic testing one by one, which shall comply with the provisions of Class I in JB/T4730.3.
Specification: thickness: 8-50mm, width: 1500-4020mm, length: 6000-18800mm
