40Mn18Cr4V non-magnetic steel tube

Various materials can be used to make small size non magnetic protective ring, such as 40Mn18Cr3, 40Mn18Cr4V, 50Mn18Cr5. The 40Mn18Cr4V non-magnetic steel material is mostly used for small power motors, and the protective ring components are mostly small in size, with an outer diameter of 100-300mm.

The high-power motor adopts 1Mn18Cr18N, and the specifications of the protective ring are also basically large, with an outer diameter of 500-1200mm.

The natural mechanical properties of the small protective ring are not as high as those required for high-power motors, but it is not possible to use 40Mn18Cr4V material without performance enhancement.

Our small size non magnetic retaining ring can achieve a yield of over 650 after solid solution strengthening of the material, and the permeability is stable and will not change due to later environmental factors.

40Mn18Cr4V non-magnetic steel tube:
Due to the production process being different from the conventional method of forging non magnetic solid round steel first, then cutting out the core and processing the finished product. If solid round steel forgings are used to process hollow parts, the production rate is relatively high.
There is a new process for directly rolling non magnetic and non magnetic seamless steel tube 40Mn18Cr4V, which has relatively low cost and meets the performance standards.
