The TBT 1979 standard for 09CuPCrNi-A material.Which has similar request with Corten A plate.
The biggest difference for Corten A and 09Cu is the content of Cr. After you do the SGS test. if the Cr is between 0.35-0.45,it is 100%09C. if the Cr is above 0.5，it might be Corten A.And the result for Corten A for Cr usually is 0.52.
