Heat-resistant HII steel plate

Introduction to HII steel plate:
HII steel plate belongs to heat-resistant steel. Heat-resistant steel refers to the steel that can show characteristics under high temperature, local temperature can reach 600℃, and long-term load. HII steel plate shall be killed steel. In other words, boiling steel or semi-killed steel is not allowed. HII steel plate shall be delivered in normalized condition.

Executive standard of HII steel plate: DIN 17155.

HII steel plate application:
HII heat-resistant steel is mainly used for manufacturing hot-rolled steel plates for steam boiler equipment, pressure vessels, large pressure pipes and similar components. It is mainly used to manufacture spherical storage tanks of more than 50 cubic meters, and also can be used to manufacture Class II and Class III vessels and low-temperature pressure vessels, such as single-layer welding vessels, multi-layer heat jacket welding vessels, multi-layer binding vessels. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, power station, boiler and other industries, and is used to manufacture equipment and components such as reactors, heat exchangers, separators, spherical tanks, oil and gas tanks, liquefied gas tanks, boiler drums, liquefied petroleum gas cylinders, high-pressure water pipes of hydropower stations, turbine volutes, etc.

HII steel plate manufacturing method:
HII steel plate is melted by oxygen top-blown converter method, open-hearth method or in electric furnace.
