Delivery status of 10CrMo9-10 pressure vessel steel plate

10CrMo9-10 steel plate is a high temperature and high pressure vessel steel plate according to European standard EN10028-2. Steel 10CrMo9-10 is commonly used in the manufacture of drum, steam boiler equipment, pressure vessel, large pressure pipeline and other equipment and components of power plant boilers. 10 in grade 10CrMo9-10 indicates carbon content.

10CrMo9-10 alloy steel is developed based on high-quality carbon structural steel, adding one or more alloy elements to improve the mechanical properties, toughness and hardenability of the steel.

Delivery status of 10CrMo9-10 pressure vessel steel plate: 10CrMo9-10 steel plate is usually delivered in normalizing and tempering (N + T) status with thickness less than 60mm, in normalizing and tempering or quenching and tempering (Q + T) status with thickness greater than 60mm to 100mm, and in quenching and tempering (Q + T) status with thickness greater than 100mm to 250mm. According to the negotiation between the supplier and the demander, plates 10CrMo9-10 can be delivered without heat treatment.
