Lamination Adhesion Technology: The lamination layer of 4343 aluminum foil for refrigerated car compartments utilizes a two-component polyurethane adhesive, applied with a 110-line anilox roller. The adhesive weight is controlled at 3.5-4.2 g/m². During lamination, the second substrate must be preheated to 40-50℃, the hot roller temperature set to 80℃, and the back pressure set to 0.4-0.6 MPa to ensure a peel strength ≥1.8 N/cm. Critical control points include the hardness of the lamination roller (Shore A70±5) and the parallelism of the scraper to prevent uneven adhesive layering that can lead to delamination at low temperatures.
Low-Temperature Performance Verification: The stability of 4343 aluminum foil in extreme temperatures and humidity conditions was verified through -40℃ thermal shock tests (IEC 60068-2-14) and 85℃/85% RH aging tests. Key testing ensures no delamination at the lamination interface, no oxidation of the aluminum layer, and a tensile strength retention rate ≥85%. The airtightness test must meet the standard of ≤1×10⁻⁸ mbar・L/s to ensure the thermal insulation performance of the refrigerated compartment.
