ASTM A572 grade 50 hot rolled carbon steel plate adopts niobium vanadium microalloying design, with a yield strength of ≥ 345MPa, combining high strength and good plasticity. Its hot rolling process ensures that the thickness tolerance is controlled within ± 0.3mm, suitable for cold processing such as stamping and bending. During welding, preheating at least 150 ℃ is required to avoid cracks.
A572 grade 50 carbon steel sheet is widely used in load-bearing structures such as building frames and crane booms, especially suitable for dynamic load environments.
