ASTM A572 grade 50 is a high-strength low-alloy hot rolled steel coil with a yield strength of ≥ 345MPa, a carbon content of ≤ 0.20%, and the addition of niobium element (0.005% -0.05%). The balance between strength and toughness is achieved through grain refinement. Its typical mechanical properties include tensile strength of 490-600MPa, elongation of 22% -35%, 0 ℃ impact energy of ≥ 45J, and excellent weldability and corrosion resistance.
