Its core performance includes high temperature strength, creep resistance, and corrosion resistance, with Cr content ranging from 1.00% to 1.50% and Mo content ranging from 0.45% to 0.65%. The material stability is ensured through normalizing and tempering processes.
The main difference between A387 grade 11 CL1 and CL2 is the requirement for impact toughness, with A387 grade 11 CL2 meeting stricter low-temperature impact testing standards. Both types of A387 grade 11 steel plates are suitable for key equipment such as reactors and hydrogenation units, and the corresponding domestic grade is 14Cr1MoR.
