Li Xinchuang: Our country has a huge market size advantage. Only by transforming the huge market potential into actual demand, can it be possible to increase the impetus for my country's economic development by prospering the domestic economy and smoothing the domestic cycle. In the short term, the new pattern will help alleviate the impact of the epidemic on enterprises; in the long term, it will help stimulate a strong endogenous motivation for high-quality development. Accelerate the construction of a complete domestic demand system, form more new growth points and growth poles, and strive to open up production, distribution, circulation, and consumption links, and smooth the domestic cycle, which is conducive to the continuous upgrade of domestic market demand and the continuous improvement of supply capacity. At the same time, promoting the realization of dynamic equilibrium between supply and demand at a higher level and at a higher level can provide sustainable development momentum for the domestic cycle.

For the Chinese steel industry, "newness" is at least reflected in the following five aspects:

One is to promote the formation of a new balance between supply and demand.
