What is the difference between A514 Gr.Q and A514 Gr Q modified steel

A514 Gr.Q and A514 Gr Q modified steel are both rack steels, A514 Gr Q modified steel plate is an upgraded version of A514 Gr.Q steel plate. A514GrQ modified steel plate is a rack steel for jack-up offshore drilling platforms. It is used to manufacture legs of jack-up offshore drilling platforms.
