Different Elements’ Effect for Stainless Steel

All stainless steel plates and sheets in the industrial field are basically made of different elements. We need to consider not only the effect of every element but also the effect between them. Below are the effects of different elements in stainless steel.

First, the element Chromium plays a decisive role in the properties of stainless steel plate and sheet. The main reason is that different content of Chromium result in internal resistance movement more conducive to performance mode.
Second, elements Manganese and Nitrogen can replace the element Nickel in stainless steel. Chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel has wide application. Due to the reducing the amount of Nickel deposits and concentrated distribution in a few different areas, it is important to find the alternative element to replace Nickel in stainless steel
