      As a new employee, I have learnt a lot about Henan BEBON international co.,ltd which has two sub-factories at present. one is precision casting factory, Another factory is big wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant casting mill.
      In the early stages to promote our wear-resistant casting ,I only know little about wear-resistant casting from the photos of our website “http://www.bebonchina.com  and http://www.beboncastings.com “.  In order to know about our wear-resistant casting well, Under the guidance of our Manager, we visited the factory of our wear-resistant castings, where i know the processes of wear-resistant castings, such as the wear-resistant castings for Engineering machinery,the castings for Cement industry  Mining industry and Metals recover industry. Giving an example of the processes of the wear-resistant castings for Cement industry.  first, the mold of wear-resistant castings must be made well,the mold that is made of candle perform a vital role in the processes of the wear-resistant castings,the following step is covering the mold with sand, and then put the mold into boiling water,the candle will be melting, next you can put the molten steel into the mold,Maybe that is why we call some wear-resistant castings  die castings or sand castings. when the steel is cooling,we will remove the sand of the surface. this is the original shape of the wear-resistant castings.the last step we can call it sand blast.now the prefect wear-resistant casting is in the front of you.Of course,the step of product inspection is necessary.that can ensure our wear-resistant castings are qualified. After the learning of  wear-resistant castings,I know not only the function of wear-resistant castings.but also the processes of wear-resistant castings.
     I believe that , with the increasing knowledge of wear-resistant castings. I will be more skillful at work.
