Russia domestic plate roll market will face the callback pressure again in June. In the first quarter of this year in Russian, the price of the hot roll and cold roll increase about 15% to 20% ,then the prices fall down in April. And to early May, compared with former, the price of hot roll and medium thickness plate falls down 8 percent. The hot coil ex-factory price drop to 785$ / mt, the cold roll drop to 943$ - 955 $/ mt, and the medium thickness plate drop to 790 dollars per ton.
