Quenching and tempering
   "Quenching and tempering" is the integrated heat treatment process which is made by quenching and high temperature tempering.
   Hardware,as bearing,connecting rod,bolt and wheel gear are widely used in menufacturing industry which include cars,machine tools and tractors. Especially for heavy machinery menufacturing of large components,"quenching and tempering" play a greater role. So "quenching and tempering" account for a very importent position in heat treatment!
   The process of "quenching and tempering" are divided into two parts below
   First,quenching;Quenching heats up the steel to critical temperature Ac3+30~50℃(hypo-eutectoid steel) or Ac1+30~50℃(hyper-eutectoid steel).
   Second,tempering heats the steel to temperature(500~650℃)
   The puepose of "quenching and tempering" is to get more better general mechanical performence of strength and plasticity.
